This blog showcases the first chapter of romance titles -- any heat level, any sub-genre. There is a FAQ at the above link that answers pretty much all questions.
One new title is posted everyday (three to four titles on Publisher/Author days). At the end of each month, readers are asked to vote on the best cover and the best first chapter. The winners in each category have their titles displayed in the sidebar for a month. At the end of the fiscal year (April), all of the monthly winners are pitted against each other for title of the best of the year and the winning author gets one year's worth of promotion on the blog.
